PS5 Slim £125 EE Gamecard

My PS5 slim arrived two days ago, the bundle includes a £125 EE Gamecard which I am yet to receive. How will I receive the Gamecard? Email, text?

If you do not receive a text by tomorrow please then text GameCard to 150 @anthubbs

Still not received the game card. I have text GameCard to 150 but it does not do anything, just returns a menu with other options available

Does anyone have a screenshot of the bundle where it says £125 game card? Ive been calling 150 and they are telling me there was never a bundle with 125 gamecard.. and that i need proof.

If someone can post a screenshot with the bundle showing the £125 gamecard i would apreciate it.

Apparently even if youd have the screenshot, on the system it doesn't say you've ordered £125. They said on mine it shows £70 and even for that I will have to wait. Can't believe I got Scammed like this.

That'll be me done with EE after my contract.

I have the same issue.  Got the PS5 bundle on 02/08/2024 with PS+ premium and £100 EE game card but never received the game card. I went back to the store after contacting EE. They gave me a code but when I send it, it says that my bundle can be validate yet. I contacted EE again,  they gave me an email address. Sent an email to that address but nothing happened.  It's been over a month and I am still chasing the EE game card.

Welcome to the community.

Do you have a long code and a four digit PIN? If you have those, you need to redeem them on the EE Game Store.

You mentioned you were given a code, was this a code to redeem the Gamecard or a code to text?

It was a code to text. I texted it a few times. Every time I text it, I received a reply says

"We can't validate your tech bundle purchase right now. We'll text you when its ready. Please try again after you receive that message."

It's now been over a month and I still haven't received the game card
