PS5 Pro Trade in deal

Hi Currently on the ps5 pro page it says you can get up-to 245 for your old ps5 (mine is the disk edition in excellent condition so i should get the full amount)but on the deals section it says you can get 45 when you receive a unique code so i just wanted to ask does the 245 include that value or is the 45 on top of that as its not very clear. How do you also trade in as  i have never done it before.
