Hi,

I ordered a ps5 pro on 9th Sep and the website says usually dispatched in 7 days. When I went to my order tracker each day it said “usually dispatched in 5, 4, 3 etc days” counting down until now where it is telling me my order is delayed? When will I receive it? Thanks

It's great to hear that you've placed an order for the PS5 Pro.

The countdown you were seeing is usually an estimated dispatch date, not a guaranteed one.

If the order tracker isn't showing an up-to-date description, you can give us a call and a guide can check your order for you.
