Can someone please help? I ordered the PS5 bundle 24 months with PS Extra and more.
But how do I manage to get access to the subscription, as there was nothing in the box, as I would have thought is where it would be? Should I be waiting for the cool-off period, which I believe has passed, to receive a text or email with a link?

You can find your vouchers for the subscription in an envelope on the outside of the console box. You’ll have four vouchers included.
If the vouchers didn't arrive with the console, please give us a call on 150, and one of our advisors will be happy to help you.
