PS5 Bundle with charging docking station 0 upfront cost

Hi,

Since this morning I'm trying to get that bundle but every time it shows to me when am logging in "sorry there was a problem while trying to display the page" or instead of monthly pay after logging in it shows that full price to pay.

I'm now more than 30 days with EE so I shouldn't have issues with that. But tried everything to go through different browsers etc and still cannot get into that. 

Is there any chance this can be sorted somehow?

I tried different Web browsers and this is what I get.

Whenever am going through search for example I can find it but if I'm trying to place it in basket it just shows full price to pay nothing else...

 As You can see it shows option for monthly payment but as soon as I log in it shows full price not monthly 🙂

Sorry was miss clicked it's not a solution.

 

I still have the same issue nothing changed since yesterday

@Franzzmaurer   Can you try this via a PC ? and not your phone.     I’ve just tried looking at this myself and I get the option to pay monthly or purchase outright.    This is on my phone so it’s working for me.

I am now replying to You from PC and I still have the same problem. How come for example I can take Xbox for monthly pay but I cannot go for PS5 when before I didn't have issue with that. I'm now more than 30 days with EE so shouldn't have issues with that. When am going through "search box" and writing PS5 bundle as I posted up with the screenshots it shows monthly pay but afterwards when I log in it just says "pay full price".

Also on my account it says "You cannot add any more products to this account" when all I have is just my phone ?

Also I tried customer service live chat yesterday, and been told that I can sort it out through phone call with Sales people. Called and got told that this cannot be done at all so any solutions to all of this ?

Yes I had conversation today and there's no issues with my account and yes I am eligible to add. But apparently they're out of stock so now I dunno what's going on 🤔😮💨
