I'm new to this group. I've just turned to ee for broadband and t.v with the belief of no upfront cost as mr Kevin bacon claims on the t.v adverts. Could someone please help me understand why they are charging me £65 delivery cost for the equipment and my first months subscription on the 17th of January, the same day the equipment is getting installed into my home. Any help would be appreciated, thanks,

EE would have told you of any charges when you joined and that would be followed up by email/letter. You are normally charged in advance from your activation date.
