No vouchers for ps5 bundle

I've had the ps5 since the 7th october when it eventually turned up after having bother with the delivery address being incorrect even though on the receipt it was the correct address. Anyhow ps5 arrived no vouchers or game card code or anything else came with it that would enable me to purchase the 24 month + premium. I rang EE only to be told they will have to send an inquest in to see where it is but could take 3 days, so I ring back 3 days later told me they would have to send another inquest in and again it takes 3 working days so had to wait til after the weekend yet again, rang again told to email the people that they get the cards from (can't put email on here as it will probably remove it) then I get a game card through that when I went to purchase playstation game cards the voucher was only worth £140, 24 month of plus premium will be just under 240 (12 month premium is £119.99) I've been passed from pillar to post I'm past the 14 day return because of all the waiting around however if I havnt recieved the full bundle then I refuse to pay for it and the ps will be getting returned or I will stop the direct debit when they try to take money from my account. I don't understand why it is taking so long, all I want is what I've been sold.  Funny how many other people are trying to complain about this and the links aren't working when trying to get to gaming bundle 24 month vouchers.

Oh I forgot to add after all this they told me to contact sony as they don't deal with the game cards so I've contacted sony which I've already seen someone on here being told the same thing for sony to then say they can't help it's down to the retailer so not holding my breath there either. I was told by customer services to go instore someone should be able to help there knowing fine well that instore can't help because it was bought online through a link that EE sent me.

When is this going to be resolved!?

Did they ever manage to sort this for you? I'm going through the same thing, I have had the ps5 since rth October and I'm still waiting for them to sort out my 24 month premium+ they also try to say it's 4×£50 vouchers which doesn't even cover 24 month of premium+  since it is £119 for 12 month subscription. They just keep fobbing me off so I think sending playstation back is my next resort

I'm really sorry you haven't been able to get this resolved and I understand why you would feel frustrated at this point.

When you spoke to someone over the phone, did they log a complaint for you?

I did find a a flyer with PlayStation plus on it the code was under a scratch off panel that was same Color as flyer have a look in box again I didn’t see it at first

Yeah it was on a flyer in the ps5 box itself, someone mentioned on here a scratch off code which when I turned the flyer over it was on the back of it. In my defence I was looking for 4x £50 vouchers or a game card and they said it comes amongst the documents on the postage box, I wasn't expecting it to be a flyer in the ps5 box itself. When talking to the staff they didn't know either, they even said it could come as a txt so think they need a little bit training on this so they know how people will recieve game cards/vouchers etc. Also looks like I've not been the only one, I'm just happy I actually managed to sort mine out if it wasn't there then i would still be waiting and still no one would be able to help.
