I added a xbox series x tech bundle to my account on the 15th September, I recieved the xbox on the 18th and the EE gamecard via text on the 20th, I still haven't recieved my 24 month gamepass. I have reached out by calling 150 multiple times, first I was told I would need to wait 14 days, this ended 2 days ago, I reached out again yesterday and was told I need to wait 30 days!!! What next 6 months? I have tried the EE xbox link others have posted and it says nothing to activate on my account, I'm hoping posting this here someone can help as every time I call I get a different answer and I don't think they know what to do.

This would usually come via text for a mobile add on, but it doesn't seem to be on your account. I'd recommend contacting our team again on 150 so they can rectify this.

This is the terms and conditions on the xbox tech bundle I have had, it clearly states I should recieve a SMS within 7 days to activate my xbox game pass ultimate, not 14 or 30!

Welcome to our community.
I understand you will want to get this sorted so you can use your new Xbox to it's fullest. Usually this is added to your account when your order is complete but can sometimes take a bit longer.
Could you check in your EE app if the gaming bundle is showing on your add-ons?

It is showing as a tech add on to my account, £31 per month, see below. Game pass can be added but it says it will cost £12 per month.

If that is the only add-on, it seems the Games Pass access hasn't been added yet. Is this what the team had asked you to wait to be added?

No they said I would get a text or email for my game pass like I did with my EE game card, but it's been over 14 days so I really don't understand why I am still waiting for this when it's something I'm paying for.

This would be the 3rd time I have called about this issue and it never gets resolved, I just get told different answers and that i should wait 30 days. I have raised a complaint using the Web form so will wait until they contact me back as no one seems to be able to help when calling.
