I did they said wait a couple of days which it bas been now still

How did you resolve this? As I haven't received my code either? Unfortunately can’t get in touch with EE support and chat bot doesn’t assist. Very disappointing.

Yes they sent me a text message a few days ago with the code. I'd check that
