Thats correct but I have already ordered it.

It was supposed to come with a code for some extra stuff for preordering it but I have not received anything to my phone/email. Are you able to assist?

Same, pre orderee months ago got the game today however no email with bonus code, it was clearly stated on the game page it would have pre order bonus!

I believe bonus codes are usually sent out by email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder to see if you received an email about it. If you haven't, I recommend following @Katie_J's advice and speak with our customer support team so they can look into it for you.

Hey,

I called this morning advised of a backlog, still no code sent advised to wait 48 hours but up to 14 days, if it isnt in by day 7 il call back, this is the first time i have never recieved the code on the delivery date for a game.
