Hi @Theking9300,

Sorry, that product is no longer available.

James

Are you absolutely sure about that as I can add it to the basket and pay the one off fee which I refuse to do without knowing what am getting. It’s  absolutely madness how it doesn’t mention what GPU just says 30 series the is a few 30 series like is it 50 series 60 70 80. This is the link to it https://ee.co.uk/shop/accessories/pay-monthly-gallery/atp-legion5-15ach6h-laptop-bundle-details

Yes it is still available

Hi @Theking9300

It isn't showing as available on the stock list that we have. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check from their side too.

Chris

Showing as in stock for me too, the 1 year plan is OoS but 2 year in stock. Customer support can you please check, regardless of stock showing, can you just confirm the full specs please.

Hi @Bvjkfvbn,

I've double checked and it is still showing as unavailable in our latest stock update.

I've tried placing a dummy order online and it doesn't allow me to add the item to my basket.

I'll do my best to get a detailed list of specs for you.

Hi @Bvjkfvbn,

Yes, that's the bundle I've checked. Are you able to add it to your basket?

I've had confirmation that it's the RTX 3060 graphics card.

James

Thanks James,

Please see screenshot, I can add it, but if it's OoS I'd rather not pay the 250 upfront cost if I'm going to have to mess about getting a refund later.
