Items from xbox gaming bundle not received

I purchased the Xbox Series S bundle with game pass, Call of duty MW3 and £50 voucher about 4 weeks ago. I received the code for the game pass but there has been no sign of MW3 or the £50 voucher. How do I obtain these?

Have you checked the box for digital code leaflets.
If you have nothing then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.
