I have 3 add to plans and nintendo switch o led xbox series x ps5 I had 3 out of 5 it said then I wanted to get glaxay earbuds pro 2 then decided I wanted to cancel that because I wanted a laptop so before I cancelled the glaxaxy ear buds Pro 2 then rang them back saying I wanted them then tried to add a laptop paid upfront fee of ten pounds for the laptop and then I got message saying I have maxed out my add on plans my order has been cancelled then ten minutes later it said its on its way I'm bit baffled and confused 😕 🫤 with whats going on I think it has all gone through because I tried to look online it won't let me pay monthly for anything else when it said I had 3 out of 5 add to plans I thought it would let me do 5 out of 5 I'm bit baffled can some one help much appreciated kind regards Toby leahy

To get this looked into, please call us on 150 the team can access your account and provide an update for the laptop order. They can also check how many add to plan accessories you are currently eligible to add.

@Bonnieskain : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
