Haven't received my Xbox GamePass activation details

I added an Xbox Bundle to my account. I recieved the console and my £70 game card but no gamepass activation details yet. The ee.co.uk/Xbox is showing nothing to activate. Any suggestions?

Thanks Ali - a ticket has already been raised after my 90 minute call with them yesterday lunchtime but there has been no action or update yet.

Glad to hear a ticket has already been raised @Peebs19  

Usually it should be added fairly quickly, so it sounds like some kind of  error in getting the product added. 

The backend team working on the ticket will be able to get it resolved. Please allow 5-7 days for it to be worked on and back in touch. 
Though you'll receive a message to your phone automatically asking to follow the link to activate, once it has ben added. 

Please keep us updated with how you get on.
