Hi there, i’ve tried contacting support via telephone but first time someone hung up on me and second time no answer and I can’t reach out any other way. I pre ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from you earlier on and checked out as a guest, I have had no confirmation email and payment has been taken. Can you help confirm that the order has gone through okay?

@BrendanMC98 There is a phone number on the EE web store page that you ordered from. Customer support can only deal with add to plan items not the general store that anyone can purchase from.
