You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

What do you mean by refunded? Back in to your bank?

My £10 is being put on to my next bill as apparently the card i used was out of date . It wasn't its still in date till 2022 but he asked if I was OK to pay extra £10 next month.
Its all gone through now.
Not sure about the refund. Have you had emails ?

I’ve just gone to check my bank to see my funds and noticed the £10 which was taken this morning and had left my bank has now been put back in, I got the email saying it’s winging it’s way through everything seemed to be going well until now😕

Just phoned, they said that my order has now been processed, dunno what the refund is about but he sent through my email with the xko number. Said they are sending them out in two batches, both will be before Dec 13, worth phoning the 0800 number in any case.

@Lw-90 Mine was cancelled as well (new 24-month sim-only contract, had a contract with EE before that and just let it run without renewing until yesterday).
After spending 3 hours on the phone (most of the time on hold) 2 managers have confirmed that sim only will not get it and I was advised by both managers that I will be unable to get my order processed if I would upgrade to a phone plan today.
As I did ask the question about the PS5 order when I took out my plan yesterday and the salesperson said that should be fine, EE has now removed my contract from my account. They did compensate me for the hassle by just removing the 24-months contract but leaving the monthly allowance at the same cost as the 24-month contract was, I guess this is a sort of compensation for having to refresh Amazon from now on...
Not sure how other people got the option to upgrade today to get their PS5 orders issued.
