**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I’ve been here since page 1, and have aged 40 years in the process.

 

19th, 08:26, PS+ bundle and SIM only.

 

Glad they are honouring SIM only and not fussed as long as it arrives eventually.

 

Bundle is showing on my add to plan and the first monthly payment has been taken so an update would be nice x

Hi guys I’ve just spoken to live chat and they have given me a order number starting with 02, anybody know what this is?

Nothing of EE, with the exception off added to plan. DPD app states they have it and will be delivered tomorrow. 

PS Plus package from 19/11.

i was chilled out getting it before the 15th until my flat mate who found out about the deal from me and ordered on the 3/12 got it today and I’ve heard nothing. Called DST for the first time to complain and was told it was a ‘stock issue’ - how can it be a stock issue if you’re sending out the consoles?? Absolutely bizarre, I’m sure other companies are having similar issues so don’t fully blame EE but surely they should be clearing all 19/11 orders first. Clearly they didn’t receive as many bundles as they were expecting, but it feels like pretty poor customer experience to see them sell and deliver orders that take place two weeks later.

@Jack889  it’s an EE order number. You can’t track with it as it won’t let you unless it’s a phone.

Maybe the bundles were sent in different shipments from Sony to EE and the ps+ bundles will arrive tomorrow like another user said a customer service worker had said about.

Playstation + Controller + PSN order placed on 19th November.

 

Heard nothing for weeks.

 

Got home today to find friend of mine who lives in same building as me has just received his PS5 which he ordered on 3rd December. 

 

Seems fair 🙂

Update from my order:

 

spoke to live chat who advised me that my order has been processed despite me not getting an email to say so. Should be with Dpd in the next 2 days  and I will get an email then as well as seeing it on my plan.

 

Order: PS5 and controller on 3/12

I suppose it means nothing then does it?

Is anyone else worried that we will receive stock tomorrow like they have in previous weeks but will fulfill the ps + controller orders and not the psn full bundle orders. They tell me guaranteed by 15th but I’m sorry I’ve lost all trust in EE now and don’t believe them.
