You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

No emails for cancellation etc and I've also confirmed via online chat with them and they advised both would arrive?

Ordered mine on the 3rd 8.05am, got mine today console plus pad, no notification from DPD, no one had to sign for it and was wrapped in a black bag

@burt0s I am the same I have had no cancellation emails or that just one person tell me one thing and the another tell me something different but both consoles are on my add ons so that to me sounds like they are both being honoured

Hope so or kids are going to very disappointed as I had a 2nd one basically from Argos until I received message stating ee added both to my plan so I didn't bother completing purchase

Tried to post txt message of confirmation of both consoles being added to plan but it won't let me good luck everyone hope you all get your orders and have a great Xmas

Martyn, did you receive the order confirmation email stating DPD instructions with both order confirmations in the one email? That's what I got? Putting two and two together could mean they'll both come in the one parcel?

So mine was delivered in the morning at around 10am.
I ordered on the 3rd, got it manually processed on 4th after getting anxiety from discovering this place. Got text and email on 8th, that it has been added to my plan and delivery for the 9th respectively.
For reference I live in East London. Shoreditch depot is my local DPD depot.
Shockingly like others have mentioned it arrived in a black bag. However it does seem to have been treated well, little to no damage on the boxes. Ordered ps5 + controller.

@burt0s I received two different emails with the two xko numbers and texts saying they were both added to my plan this was over a week ago and heard no more sense

@Martyn1986 I got those emails also but once processed I received another email form ee saying it had been processed and advised of DPD shipping this was a single email however had both confirmations in it? Did you get that?

No I have had one saying winging its way to you that was for console and then nothing else for the console ps+ bundle but both are active on my add ons
