It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

They may have sold out by 9 but this will have been for different order types i.e. the bundle you have ordered or enquired about.
I can confirm this, as I was helping some one else with add to plan of console only and it was still live at 09:30, but true the other orders had 'sold out' so it is highly possible that console only remained live until 10am as that how long it took 'the console only batch' to sell out.
We are all worried but I truly think we needn't be.

Not being funny but how do you know the people who ordered were out of terms when some people SIMo received and others had cancelled orders ?
EE are doing the best they can to manage this situation and comments from people like you neither help nor expedite your delivery any sooner, there is only so much a person or company can 'polish a turd'.

About the bundles. There was something interesting i noticed when my very order arrived which was a console plus controller. It was shipped the exact same way i had seen some other people showed theres was packed from other retailers, just the console and the extra controller with no extra packing material in a cardboard box just big enough to leave them no wiggle room.
In addition to this, a few retailers have been offering the same bundle options. This makes me think that all that talk about there being consoles ready in a warehouse waiting on controllers to complete the bundle for dpd to handle is nonsense. These bundles seem to be getting prepacked elswhere before they are getting to retailers, possible even at Sony. If that is the case, I don't think we should expect to see them being shipped until EE have received these pre-packed bundles. A lot of people (including me) didnt think the waiting on controllers reason made any sense given just how widely available they are, but if the bundles are being premade and obviously require the console which is in shortage, it would explain why so many console only orders were shipped on friday but not a single bundle. They simply have not received the prepacked bundles from the supplier yet.
Given I have been told a shipment every Thursday, my theory for how this will go is the following:
27/11 - Console only orders dispatched
04/12 - Console + Controller bundle dispatched
11/12 - Console + Controller +PSN bundle dispatched
The bundles could of course happen the other way round, but the fact that there are three options and three fridays before the 15th and only consoles shipped this friday, I believe that is how it would go.
I obviously don't know anything firm here, its just my thoughts based on what I have seen and been told from EE DS. Would be interested to know if anyone else who had a order from a different retailer found the same packing style for their console.

I just been on the phone to ee as I wanted to add something else to add on ..... I have no other add ons apart from the ps5 bundle.
I'm not allowed to add anything on due to my pending ps5 bundle order 😒
So I have to wait for that to come. I asked when that would likely be and he said its a waiting game, I'm hopeful by 15th. Then after this you can check for add ons 🙄

I tried but it says can't show your details right now, which suggests something is happening in the background, I used my xko number and email address as the tracking details ?

It still accepts xko numbers (lowercase letters) I tried it and it says the following:
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.

Every other retailer lets you tracks your order on your account, EE nothing no way of find any information is so poor from a large company. Last time I order anything from them after this experience
