**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.
Find out more about Add To Plan >
Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Spuddy1986 yeah as long as we all have our consoles by the 15th then I’ll be happy. I just worry that people who ordered over an hour after EE were supposedly OOS have their consoles. I’ll be livid if our consoles have been allocated to those people and now EE don’t meet that 15/12 date.
Enjoy the new tv! I’ve just got a new Samsung QLED ready for the ps5 to arrive! I’m sure the kids will be absolutely buzzing waking up to a ps5 and new tv on xmas day. I know I would be!😂

The potential for you having an extraordinary amount of egg on your face @Lumleyhtc is huge here!
I wish I had your confidence, but if I get a notification of any kind today I repeat my promise to streak down my street!

I asked this question about orders vs OOS, the purchasing platform has an algorithm which does not allow for over order vs anticipated stock, while it is fair to assume, that this cannot be policed entirely but even those who ordered when out of stock would be less than people anticipate, meaning the overorder will have been considered into the ordering algorithm, we have to remember this is governed by a computer and not a poor employee with a tally chart, I dont think anyone has a reason to fear.
I get the apprehension but this is based on those wanting consoles now, and let's face it we must have acknowledged with this level of demand an immediate order and subsequent supply chain would be impossible to pull off hence the staggered delivery process.
I have every confidence ee will pull it off as promised.
I'm sure the kids will love it along with the games ive ordered and counting AC Valhalla, Maneater, Sackboy, Spiderman

@Spuddy1986 Yeah you hope that the automated ordering system EE used worked fine on launch day. I’m just basing it off EE tweeting that they had sold all of their PS5 stock at about 9am on launch day. Whilst people on here report having ordered at 10am or later and have received their consoles.
im probably just overly worrying but the whole lack of official communications from EE looks really poor on their part and gives us customers no confidence.

Would be great to just get confirmation of everything I have said (recently) to put people's minds at ease, I get this forum has exploded, but everyone just wants ee's official response while I have done everything to outline my discussions please can ee comment to stop the unnecessary blocking of phone lines and live chat to discuss the same thing over and over, or have a team of people answering these queries alone so that a unified message can be given, words will always be interpreted based psychologically on what people want to hear, but providing the message is consistent 2 and 2 will add up to 4 in the end ?
Just trying to help and get this forum back to a level (sort of).

EE are hands down the worst retail company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. No communication and outright laughable order completion timeline. They boasted stock availability then gave a month ahead delivery date. And then fulfilled orders of people that ordered last and out of terms.
