**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I got my confirmation email at 10:15 this morning to say the ps5 will arrive before December 15th and £10 has been taken from my account. 

 

I ordered at 9:51 yesterday. 

 

Fingers crossed.

Mine is showing payment completed on my EE so the money has been taken and
not just pending

I rung 0800 yesterday morning and she processed my order for me the £10 is pending from my bank but completed under bills & payments and says I am £10 in credit and also recieved this email whilst I was on the phone, she did say they are out of stock at the moment but will receive my console before 15th as per email, so it’s just a waiting game..

 

I have noticed I cannot use ATP atm as the PS5 is still going through and not completed, a I queried it with live chat, as I should still have 1 slot, but he found out the PS5 was the reason I can’t use it until this is completed...

Bit weird what I’ve just seen. Ordered at 08.26am on Thursday. £10 in pending since around 10am yesterday and only other email received was yesterday at 10.16am. This contained my xko number and said you can expect to receive before the 15th. After reading what you guys have said I checked and my £10 has been paid on myee. However, my bill for this month now has been decreased by £10. So instead of £47 is showing as £37 for this month?! Not sure why. I called yesterday before this happened gave my xko number he said all is good you have a PlayStation your order is confirmed will be with you before the 15th. But now this £10 for some odd reason has been taken off my bill for this month which will be paid on the 29th. Anyone else had this issue. I called 150 can’t get through too busy. Will keep trying

Are you sure your bill wasn't just 10 quid higher last month? 

I just spoke to live chat and they told me delivery is starting on the 15th and my order will be with the first round of delivery, I ordered on Thursday at 8:20

Never known anything like this thread. Even through the many years of tracking iPhone deliveries. Calm down folks, anyone who ordered before 9am i am sure will get their PS5 soon, hopefully next week. 

analysing different emails and different payment quirks from different banks means little. 

No 100%. Normally my bill is £47.05, it says your bill for November as of 21/11/20 is 37.05 and will be paid by direct debit on the 29th. And I don’t know why, so waiting till they actually accept my call to see

Also whats the point in pestering online chat/ 150? it’s a waste of time. They’re all towing the line. Some will give slightly different advice contradicting the line, again it means nothing.

Have to agree with this now seems like everyone is getting different information will just have to wait and see
