You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Ordered the extra dualsense and 12 months ps+ at 8.50 have had both emails yesturday and 10 has been taken not pending.... also i purchsed when i recived a text message at 8.48 used the link to access the store if this helps settle anybody down a bit you carnt buy them from stores so be gratefull we have 1 coming soon!

Exactly what was said above: These consoles were not in store on launch day.
Sony have promised retailers will have stock throughout the christmas period.
Guys, check 'My EE', I just did and the payment of £10 was successful and taken yesterday. I don't know if this means I'm in the first batch, it doesn't really bother me, but I have paid upfront so I do expect a console at some point in the next month.
My concern is mainly that there has been so little communication. I understand it's hard to tell when stock will be there but there should still be a post from a moderator or from EE staff stating estimated dates. If payment has been taken then the console should arrive by the next billing date. So I'm willing to give until the 21st December, if no console by then AND the charges are on my bill, I'll be speaking to someone.

Has anyone got the £10 showing as pending in their bank but NOT showing as paid in their my EE payments. Mine says pending on my credit card but paid in my EE. When I do my food show every week it stays pending for about 4 days so I’d check your My EE Payments to have peace of mind.

yes mine shows the same cleared in EE account but pending in bank account think this is normal for card payments though its a preauthorisation

Just called the 0800 number and got confirmation that as a Sim Only customer my eligibility check has failed and that no console will be shipped. The cancellation email will be coming through soon apparently

I got my order in at 08:10. Money taken from account, had the winging it email and feeling confident it will be here soon.
However, if it’s not - that’s just the way it is. I am confident EE will do this fairly based on the time people got their order in and stock allocation.
Folk need to calm down and stop calling the poor folks working for EE. You’re not going to get anything concrete that you don’t already know so just stop pestering them and making their lives more difficult.
Nothing like a bit of capitalistic entitlement to show the worst in humanity.
