You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Just to let you know I ordered on the 3rd around 8ish. Got my 1st email straight away. On the 5th I got my 2nd email to say it will be added to plan
and money was debited from account.
This morning I got dpd notification on dpd app and text from EE to say it’s been added to my account.
I know ppl have been waiting for they order since launch and I would be kicking off if I was in the same position.
Hope you all get it before Xmas.

@Badbrownbear I got the same yesterday. DPD notification and text message but still no movement on the order.

@DaChPi im sure since theres so many of us, it must just be them scanning the consoles and working through sending them all out this week?

PS + Controller ordered on the 3rd delivered this morning.
Even after specific instruction from EE not to leave the parcel outside, no surprise that DPD left the parcel outside in the rain unattended from 7am today.
good job neighbour saw it on the way to work and put it in their garage until I’ve just knocked now. That delivery company is shocking and completely unacceptable.
Not sure if there’s any water damage yet, neighbour did say the box was wet.
DPD suggest complaint has to go through EE - nightmare. Appreciate that’s not EE’s fault but why use the worst delivery company going to send out PS5s?!

Same ordered PS5 + Extra controller on the 3rd
Received an email on the 8th saying my parcel will be delivered on the 9th.
Called DPD this morning as no update and they told me they have not received my parcel yet so I called EE and was told it had been sent to them?
Details on DPD app still showing as EE have sent my parcel details and they'll be receiving my order shortly.
Confused what's going on here.

Yes there was someone who said they spoke to a senior manager and us ps plus guys would here something today. It is an absolute shambles. I’m happy that those on the 3rd are receiving so quick but so angry and annoyed at ee for leaving us ps plus guys absolutely in limbo it’s a farce and it’s out of order. Just full on out of order. Tried numerous times to get some decent info and still nothing. They should just send us the console plus controller then email us the ps plus or just take a month of £50 off and we can buy the plus ourselves. Just sort it out EE this is becoming a joke!!
