**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Another day another ee excuse. Stay positive peeps the end is near  uhahahhahaha

Just spoke to someone from EE on the phone and they said orders will now be dispatched by the 15th. Previously it was delivered by this date so they're moving the goalposts again.

I dont understand all the people who ordered on 3rd complaining already. 6 days ee. Technically 5 cos i wanna recieve a dpd notification on the 14th confirming delivery for the 15th

Every advisor you speak to gives a different answer so that might not be true.

Was on live chat yesterday and was told my order has gone through yet I've had nothing but the initial confirmation email and was told delivery would take 10 to 12 days but I still have no notification on payment or delivery. Confused.com

Got mine yesterday, nothing from EE that they were delivering though, twatting neighbour left it at the side of their house!! Good job it was well wrapped!!!

Hi all, just to share my experience. I ordered on 3rd about 0804am, confirmation email came through straight away with xko number. On the 5th I receive an email to say they need further information from me so I call and ask what further information was, was told they don't deal with digital sales and that the PS5 Will be delivered by 15th.

 

Thought it was strange considering I phoned the number the email supplied so I messaged live chat in morning who confirmed my mobile wasn't eligible but my iPad contract was and to change the number there and took £10 and gave me my order number.

 

I haven't received the Add to Plan email or the PS5 isn't showing in my bill. I was wondering how long it takes for this to show and if this was normal?

 

I am not bothered if it doesn't arrive until 15th, obviously if it does excellent but it is so poor they still haven't delivered the 19th orders yet!

Again it’s hard to know what to believe because when I first spoke to EE after ordering they said dispatched by 15th but EE responding to people on Twitter have maintained that it will be delivered by the 15th. Either way even if it’s dispatched on the 15th it should get to you by the 16th.

Good Morning All,

 

Just to say I am in the same boat as some of the others - DPD sent me a notification yesterday at 7:40 saying that EE have sent my parcel details and they'll be receiving my order shortly (and that my delivery should be here today). I have spoken to DPD and they said they haven't received my parcel yet and it wont be delivered today.

 

Frustrating I guess, but more worrying with all the reports of missing PS5s.
