You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Becky41 yeh I had the £10 taken on the 20th but credit to my account and was taken off my next bill

Haven't posted before but kept an eye on this forum during my PS5 order process. Thought I would share my experience as there doesn't seem to be much organisation in how the orders go out. I put an order in on the 19th around 11am for the PS5 and extra controller bundle. Two days later on the 21st had confirmation of my order and the £10 deposit taken from my bank. Didn't hear anything until I decided to contact EE on the 4th and was told that it wouldn't be shipped until the 15th of December. The next day on the 5th I received a text to say the PS5 had been added to my EE account and then randomly on Monday the 7th my neighbour knocked the door and my PS5 has been delivered there on Sunday the 6th. So I hadn't received any communication from DPD or EE, would have had no idea it had even been delivered had my neighbour not dropped it off. Only thing I can assume is that once the PS5 is added to your EE account as an add on, then you're probably going to get your PS5 shortly.

@shaz89 I ordered the same.. the PS5 with additional controller on the 3rd, Currently nothing showing on my DPD app 😭 yet yesterday the payment went out for £10.
When i try checking my EE account im getting errors on info even though im logged in, so im assuming its in process of it going onto my account.

Hi guys I ordered on the 3rd,
got both emails and payment taken after I called digital sales,
i ordered the ps5 with controller but its still not been added to my plan,
do you think I should call or is that the case for a lot people
