**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Briff there was an error with them taking payment with my card also so they added the £10 to my account also

Ahh I see. That's bull - it appears from other posts that CS have no clue about any emails sent out 🙄 fingers crossed for you

@shaz89 Glad I'm not the only one. Did you receive yours already? 

Make sure you do call them or answer next time, I missed call from them twice and thought nothing of it as I thought EE wouldn't ring off a mobile number it could be a scam but it was actually them and I then received email and text saying order was cancelled so had to call digital team to help get it sorted which they did. Something to do with having atleast 6 months or more on your contract is needed apparently to be eligible 

@Briff not yet but it just got added to my plan today so hopefully by the end of this week

Hi so just off the phone with them. It was on the back of my email to the CEO and to the head of their CS. 

 

Spoke with a senior manager and he assures me they are investigating the lack of comms and also the issue with psn not going out. He says they will consider all options with the PSN issue including sending it at a later date if necessary.

 

Apparently there will be an update tomorrow so i will pass that on then also. 

 

He did mention their being enough stock so it should all be ok and on track for the 15th but understands the lack of comms is not good enough. 

 

My email to them was very measured as EE have been fantastic previously so this has been really surprising from them. 

I’m currently on the phone with them. They are now saying they will only start to send them out as of the 15th. 

so they promised they will have then out by the 15th and can’t. They also can’t explain why sone who ordered after have got theirs. The call handler noe telling me they don’t have any in stock that’s why we are still waiting. This is **bleep** 

Believe me i u derstand how frustrating the lack of comms is but they clearly state they will deliver by the 15th december just be patient and wait and then if it dosnt turn up by said date then let all hell lose least weve actually got them and were not being taking for mugs by paying over inflated scalper prices for them we will get them im waitin for ps+ bundle which i ordered on the 19th and il admit ive dts a few times and got no where so just guna wait now akd if it d9nt turn up then il complain

Just got off the phone to a team leader. She’s cleared up a lot of misinformation for me. They do have them in stock and the ps5’s will all be dispatched by the 15th. I can only comment on mine but it is definitely confirmed and will be here by the 15th. Fingers crossed. 

I ordered the psn+ on the 19th and I'm just curious to know if others is showing up on their add on section as mine isn't
