**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Can someone from EE not just step in and provide a clear, consise msg lol

I’ve been an observer to this thread and I just thought I’d share a good tip!
I received the text from EE yesterday thanking me for buying an accessory equating to 440 over 11 months and that was all. Someone mentioned to download the DPD app which I did. I RECOMMEND everyone does this. All you you do is add your email and phone number and it’ll automatically show all your past and present DPD orders. I have received no email from EE or DPD saying that the PS5 had been shipped but only the app was my tool. Last night It said they were awaiting my order, later on it was in there main warehouse, throughout the night it was enroute to the local DPD depot and It’s currently an hour away which I can see on the app and without it I’d be still in the dark so please everyone who hasn’t download the app do it and it might put your mind at ease.
I ordered just the console and admittedly I ordered just before 10am but like everyone else I trawled through every other retailer from 7am trying to get one. It wasn’t universally as advertised as other retailers which turned out to be a blessing in the end. I appreciate that the people who ordered earlier would be frustrated but like myself it seems a lot of people who are waiting for it is for it to be a Christmas present. I believe EE will honour their promise of the 15th and despite the conflicting stories everyone who meet the T&Cs will get one by then

I don’t even care il get it by the 15th dec , that ships sailed in more bothered about customers who weren’t even allowed to order to place orders and get them before customers who was eligible to order .
to top it off they honour orders at 10am nearly two hours after a lot of people and the fact they said they was oos by 9am
they way the have messed this up beyond all belief it really would not shock me if all the bundle orders got cancelled . Agents can say what they want be most of the stock has now been allocated to orders that was note meant to be placed in
In the first place .
quote from the EE ps5 advert
EE pay monthly handset customers only. Not available with SIM only plans. You can add up to 3 Add To Plan accessories within the first 17 months of your Pay Monthly plan. Subject to credit check. You are fully responsible for repaying to EE the full cost of the accessory. If you upgrade your pay monthly/phone plan before the 11 payments are complete, they will roll onto your new plan. If you choose to leave EE early you will be responsible for payment the remaining balance for your Add To Plan product, in addition to any early termination charges for your standard contract. The remaining balance will be added to your final bill. Monthly charges assume online billing. Personal use only. Subject to availability. Further EE terms apply, see ee.co.uk/terms
absolute joke

Let's give them the benefit of the doubt for this weekend at least.
They might just be packaging our bundles. I can't imagine they managed to order consoles but no controllers.

I've got to put my two cents in regarding the SIMo debacle. I understand that a lot of people are frustrated regarding this, but I feel it's unfair to be angry at the SIMo people who tried to obtain one. EE should not have made it accessible by these plans, or put a note on the page stating not available for SIMo plans. Instead, this was hidden away in the T&C's (which were only accessible on the website and not mobile).
These people don't order them with the intention of stealing consoles away from the rest of you, it was an honest mistake that EE made right by honouring (some of) these orders. If these orders are cancelled (like mine) I'll lose the chance to get a PS5 this year. All because I didn't go online and read the T&C's in the middle of these consoles selling out in seconds. Don't be angry at us SIMo plans for managing to get one, be frustrated with EE for not making it clear enough.

I just had a chat with digital sales and he said he has no clue where the info about no controllers has come from because that’s the first he’s heard of it.
So long and short of it, still no clue what’s happening 😅 he said it’ll just be a case of waiting for the bundles to be made up and shipped.

Not sure if this helps anyone but I’m pretty confident that I was one of the first to order. I ordered at 8.15am on Thursday 19th and I ordered console only. Got an email straight away to say it was ordered. Then nothing until yesterday when I got an email saying that it had been processed, the £10 was taken and it was added to my plan. I’ve had nothing since and have downloaded the DPD app. Nothing showing on there.

@Cbeach I don't think anyone is angry at Sim only customer's, quite the opposite in fact. However, people are angry at EE for allowing these customers to receive their consoles before customers that have met the terms in full.
