You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Mtfatcat I ordered same bundle as you around 8.50am. I’m going to ring the digital sales team now to see if I can get a delivery date for mine. Did they say yours will be delivered or despatched on Monday?

@Charlotteyyy I have the bundle as you. Someone said in the thread earlier that people who orderd bundle consoles should revive an email from Monday onwards. 🙂

@WFrederick I had to phone up today as I have 6 lines on the account and ordered a TV also yesterday but whoever was dealing with it tried to put it thru as another line so got cancelled as I can only have a max of 6 lines. Got it sorted now. Had a bit of a laugh then mentioned the ps5 and she quickly looked into that too without really asking

Ordered the bundle with extra controller and ps+ at 9.30. Its just arrived. Well done EE. Great service as per. Also have a new phone and iPad pro coming today but that's on a seperate DPD van

@Geeseboy1 YOUR BUNDLE HAS AREUVED? Did you get a DPD notification or text from EE yesterday saying it would arrive today?

@GIVEMEPS5 I didn't ask for a date or time but she said she can see its waiting to be collected by dpd.
I can only assume that it will be collected over the weekend or Monday and should have it Wednesday by the latest.

So after being told by two different people my ps5 is in stock and waiting for controller which has just been delivered I asked if I can change to just console she said no and theres no stock anyway. Manager ringing me back within 2 hours so draining

On the phone now.
She’s explained a lot to me about how their stock works and in what order things are shipped. Basically, they have everything currently in stock for the bundles but she can’t tell how many of each and the time you ordered means nothing because the orders are split between different members of staff in chunks who could then pack and dispatch them quicker or slower than other members of staff.
She says mine is still an “open” order but could switch to shipped/dispatched any time this weekend and still deliver for Monday, since everything required for it is in stock at the moment.
TL;DR bundles should be arriving early next week, but when you ordered means very little and who knows how many of each item they have.
