**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

300 pages in and still no ps5 delivered. 

How can EE be sending bundles out ordered on the 3rd 🙄. The next thing that will happen is the full bundles for the 3rd will be sent ....before us on the 19th!

I am perfectly happy to have my ps5 before 15th Dec as stated, but I have limited faith in them. EE really are trying to p**s us all off from the 19th!

@Neil854hi I placed my order on the 3rd at 08:02 , I called up to get manually processed on the same day . 

Been following this thread for a couple of week.

 

SIM only (around 11 months left of my 18 month contract), ordered around 10.10 on 19th Nov.

 

PS5 + Extra Controller bundle.

 

Finally got delivery confirmation at 9.39 this morning (Email and DPD App).

 

Have faith if you ordered on the 19th, EE seem to be getting the orders out, and i'm sure everyone will get theirs by the 15th Dec!

@Teemeans  so going with everything I have said what do you make of my situation do you think I will receive both if they are on my plan even though they are telling me over the phone that one is cancelled but still says I have both add ons on account and last payment is Nov 21 for both it states 

@Teemeans. I placed my order on the 3rd Dec@0840 and had it processed the next day@0930. Had the 2 emails and £10 taken. It’s now added to plan.

@Martyn1986 I couldn’t give you a definite answer but I’d say if there both on your plan then you should receive two consoles . I don’t see how they could do that after the fact it’s been processed and added to your account. I’ve seen a few who order two and receive theres but EE doesn’t seem to have a set of rules , it’s like it’s a diff situation individually. If I was you I’d call up again and say I’ve been promised two consoles it’s added on my account will I for sure receive both ? I’m you’ve got confirmation for both so I don’t see how now they can say only one .

@Neil854 have you downloaded the dpd app ? And check junk mail my dpd email was in there for some reason .

Just to document for others, I ordered on the 3rd, called on the 6th to get the order processed £10 payment taken, got 2 emails. No DPD info yet. And I can't see it on my plan on my account.

Am going to hold of till the 15th just incase and if nothing then I will contact again  cheers @Teemeans
