**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Martyn1986 They shouldn’t of accepted your order for two , does state one per person but yeah they should’ve told you sooner . But I’ve seen someone else who did order two and received both.

They are both on my bill add ons and when I did order it never stated one per customer at the time I am just more annoyed that they contacted me to re add the second one then take it away again supposedly unless it maybe does arrive as well I guess time will tell

@Martyn1986who told you only one was being delivered ? online chat or over the phone ? 
It may still turn up but I’ve got mines on way and I don’t have add on to my account yet.

@Teemeans  they told me when I called today that one is cancelled on the 27th November but I got email on 2nd December saying they where both added to my add ons and are appearing in it one for 55 with 5 pound loyalty discount and other for 40

Have kept my patience all along but am now starting to get very frustrated that people from the 3rd are receiving theirs and I and many others are still waiting from the 19th

@louhomer at original time we bought thisbon the 19th we was led to believe they was in stock then that turned out to a pre order as thwy had no stock and nothing got sent out for over a week then if it was a pre order shouldnt pre orders be fulfilled first before later pre orders. I would nt pre order a game yo go the store on release day for them to tell me sorry we are all out cos we was just selling the pre orders to people who just came in store and got 1. I do think they may have breached some trading standards policies.

@louhomer exactly the same! I've not chased DST/livechat/customer services once since the 19th, but seeing all the reports of 3rd orders being delivered while we are sat here in the dark has really annoyed me! I'm not going to ring because it's clear to me that it's as much use as a chocolate teapot, but EE need to come out and clear this up now!

@KG88 i could not agree more ee need to step in at thia point. The bundle i have ordered is a christmas present for my son and will be his only present. (Apart from a t shirt) i dont want to get the 15 and be told theres a delay for maybe another then a week later hear the same as there will be no time to even attempt and try to find another at the point. It leaving all just worried and frustrated and the silencenis not helping peoples mental wellbiengs.
