It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Ordered my PS5+extra controller on launch day, patiently waited and received an email last night that DPD will be delivering it today.
Only new to this forum but I agree with less of the pestering towards EE staff, let them do their jobs and you will receive whatever you have ordered.

I ordered on Thursday 3rd December and have the 1st confirmation order email , no 2nd emailed yet when should I expect this one ? thanks

At this point i feel sorry for the people that ordered on the 3rd espicially if there presents for kids as i dont see how they will get them out. Its taken nearly 3 week for the to get out 2 waves (console only and plus contoller) realisticlynthey have a week to get all the ps+ bundles which i dont see happening till the weekend if we go on hows its been for the last few waves. I just dont see how dispatch for the the remainder of the orders from the 19th amd all the ones from the 3rd is possible. Im sure the biggest past of us oredered the bigger bundle as this was the only 1 showing at first.

Isit just me or did the second wave not have console only available? I’m sure they only offered the two bundles .

I never did see the console only on the 2nd wave but a few people have commented they got console only. But when i checked it wasnt there.

Just another letdown. No text, nothing in the DPD app. Mine was ordered on the 19th at 0830. Console plus additional controller.

Controller bundle ordered on 19th.
just received it now.
I didn’t have a notification from DPD. Luckily while on live chat yesterday the advisor told me it had been picked and text me the tracking number yesterday afternoon. Without this I wouldn’t have known it was coming.
In general live chat are useless but some are more than helpful.
If you ordered on the 19th and haven’t heard anything and you are not going to be home much in the next week I would contact them between 3pm & 6pm. It might just be my opinion but the best people seem to be on in this time frame and this is the window I think you may have the most success as you would think that they are more likely to have details about picked items then. I may be wrong but that’s just what I think from my opinion. As other people mention sometimes you are connected on live chat to their centre in India. If you find this to be the case try again to get someone based in the UK. And this is no fault of their own but the centre in India doesn’t seem to have access to the same information the UK centre does. I wouldn’t even bother trying in the evening. It’s a waste of time.
I know some people are of the opinion that you should not bother EE as they stated the 15th but do you really want to miss delivery and the DPD driver putting it in a so called safe place. And it goes missing.
just my opinion but you don’t want someone else having fun on your PS5 over Xmas while you are having to wait until next year as you were worried about bothering people who’s job it is to assist you.

Still one of the full bundle orders awaiting news here, radio silence but I have faith it'll be delivered by the 15th as they've said.
Just baffling why console only was sent over a week ago, ordered at 8:26am on the 19th too.

Ps5 has just just arrived with extra controller ordered 10am on the 19th thankyou EE. Waiting for my LG bx to get delivered later before I use it I’ve already got an rtx 3090 on pc lol. The station is just for when I wanna chill out on the sofa!
