You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Boys I’ve just had the notification we have all been waiting for, bundle with extra controller, coming tomorrow, I’m like all you lot panicking it wasn’t gonna come but it’s going to, just hold on and wait!

Just a quick update, I was told when calling that I would not receive my PS5 this year and posted here (Not to cause worry just as it seemed like a different experience to others).
I can now confirm I have a DPD notification for delivery tomorrow (Order 19th, Console and controller bundle).
So I guess it seems the call center's system is not really in touch with what is actually happening for any of those who might have received equally worrying messages from EE.

Going to be some absolute scenes when the first full bundle notifs come through. I nearly went for the controller only bundle but thought, "I'll get the full bundle, could do with another 12months PS+ on my account." What a mistake to make 😄

@astonavfc full bundle. Got the text on Tue from ee but nothing since and nothing on DPD app. Wasn't added to plan either the last time I checked. (Patiently) waiting...

they approve your eligibility checks like the correct amount of time remaining on your plan to add payments, pass any credit checks etc and confirm that you’ll get it by/around the 15th! They also took the payment on the phone as the final approval check 😊

No Notification direct from DPD app yet. But the adviser I spoke to earlier on online chat (Alex) just text me my DPD tracking number. Seems that if you are lucky enough to to get the right advisor they will go above and beyond.
Also just got the add to my plan text.

@KyloR I'm starting to think the same as well. In my case it was just getting to place the order with anything added on it for me. Sad times lol.
I'm waiting on the ps+ bundle myself.
