**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my ÂŁ10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@RhinoUKOfficial I wondering if there gonna do it the same the sid with first wave minus the console only as none were available on the 3rd so we’ve skipped that 🤔

Hey everyone, my ps5 just turned up out of the blue, no notifications from DPD or anything. Luckily I fell asleep on the sofa last night so the knock at the door woke me up! Absolutely buzzing right now I hope you all get yours very soon. I ordered controller bundle on the 19th, good luck peeps and peace out 

@Teemeans Im not sure you know. I ordered a console plus extra controller. What package did you order?

Dpd notifications are going out again people on Facebook are showing there’s so fingers crossed guys 

I had the same thing @Jake19911  digitsl sales gave me my tracking number yesterday and it’s due for delivery today between 13:01 and 14:01

Just had DPD notification on the app and email from EE (in junk) Order coming tomorrow. Console and controller ordered at 8.40 on 19th. Order confirmed and payment taken at 12.15 on 19th .
Live chat told me yesterday that it was still an open order and would be delivered by the 15th.
There is still hope if you havent heard anything.
@RhinoUKOfficial I would presume less work with just two bundles and I ordered the exact same as you pal . Tbh I don’t even need an extra controller but it was that or plus and I’ve renewed mines already

I am MORTIFIED! Just been on live chat again and apparently my account notes say that there was none in stock and I have to call them on 15th December, even though I got an email saying my order has been processed and the last time I went on live chat they said I'd get it by the 10th December. I ordered on 19th December and they haven't communicated with me at all for days so I'm just left hanging! 

Ordered on the 19th at 08:43. Still showing and open order. No texts or DPD notifications. 🤷‍♂️ 

 

Nothing seems to have any rhyme or reason with the orders. It’s a person in a warehouse wearing a blindfold picking at random it seems.

I’ve just got my DPD notification about 10 mins ago for delivery tomorrow. Console + controller, ordered at 08:17 on the 19th, sim only. Got told it was an open order on Friday when others said it had been picked, but looks like they must have got more stock to send out.

Also I’d like to add I am sim only, the only comms I had from EE were two emails, 1 with the original order confirmation, the second was an about your ps5 order that mentioned subject to eligibility checks. Heard nothing since, no emails no texts and no £10 showing on my bank account at any point. I rang EE twice just to confirm my order was still ok but still didn’t have much hope, until today. Absolutely messy process by EE from the start, but glad it’s finally at least properly confirmed for me.
