**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Order PS+ bundle on 19th at 8.21am, been on this forum since day 1 and spent too much of my life reading 270 pages, and I resigned myself last week to the fact that our bundle would be the last to go out and looks like that is the case.

I also came to terms with the fact that order time is irrelevant but I do think when it was processed the following day or two probably does play a role in the order they will go out.

Mine was only processed when I rang up at teatime on the 20th so I suspect I’m a way down the list when they do start shipping the bundles.

I’m still optimistic that it’ll come in the next week or so and have just decided to chill out and play the waiting game.

I will be very giddy when I get the notification though! 😂

I've just rung for the last time because the next call will be the complaints centre, told me it's still open order and now he said I might not even get it by the 15th!! I really wanted to lose my **** but it's not his fault he was even saying he'd be fuming if he was in the same situation, it's an absolute joke I ain't gonna bother ringing again and if I don't get it on the 15th I will be making a formal complaint an i'll be tempted to leave this company an take my £400 bill somewhere else because i'm absolutely livid with this, I ordered the series S the day it came out for my son an got it NEXT DAY!!

 

Console + controller and ps plus buyer here btw. Getting sick n tired of the same crap i'm being told.

So this situation has gotten the better of me, gave in contacted online chat to see if they has a dpd tracking number 

Got told no, but there is a delivery date set for 7th December, thought brilliant but probably to good to be true. 

Went back on the chat to see if someone else would confirm this, got told order is open, delivery from the 15th

 

For a communication company, like a nun running a brothel 

After getting a delivery date and tracking number for Monday from live chat I have just received a text confirming my plan and saying it’s be added to my plan... looking hopefull!! I’m extra controller ordered 19th at 8.25

Just now received text about £45 added to plan £495 total cost. Bought the bundle with extra controller ordered at 10am on the 19th. I have 5 contract phones with ee totalling £380 pm I’m a happy customer they pulled through every other site has been a complete fail!!!

Imagine if you ordered your console on 19th November and got told it would be here by the 15th December and never knew this forum existed. You would be so less stressed than everyone on here 😂
