You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I’m happy for whoever is finally enjoying their console, however I can’t help but being even more frustrated after a Friday without updates.

 

I will be leaving EE as soon as this situation is resolved, no matter what.

Just called the sales team to see if they could manually process my order. They didn't seem to know what was going on, they confirmed that I have ordered mine and that the live chat team shouldn't have told me to re-order another one, however, they wouldn't manually process my order and they couldn't give me a delivery date. All they said is that the deliveries will be as and when.. all a bit of a shambles really but I guess everyone is in the same boat lol

It’s frustrating, but Be patient guys - I’m sure all will be fulfilled by the 15th as EE originally stated.  

 

It is a shambles to be honest since covid every business has been pathetic with dealing with orders sony didnt help the situation such a big hype for the ps5 and they made hardly any consoles. I've never personally had a problem with EE customer service but with the ps5 orders they should have a team who are willing to update people when needed it make a separate locked community post with daily updates 

Ok so.... i was just in the living room just now and noticed a DPD van outside....turns out to be my ps5 plus controller. I’ve had no notification from DPD despite having their app download and being registered (have had it for a while) and nothing from EE. Some hope for you guys...

I just don't understand why there's not a single PSN+ order dispatched.

 

It's like a clothes shop getting a days worth of orders and saying 'today we will process all the trouser orders, then tomorrow we will do shirts. Anyone that's ordered shoes with their outfit will have to wait a week as we don't pick shoes till everyone else is sorted'

 

Surely you just take orders as they came and open the box and add the controller and the PSN card??

I'm just stating facts that it is a shambles that it is most likely that people who ordered on the 19th may get theirs at the same time as people on the 3rd. 

 

People have birthdays and anniversarys that they need the gift for. Argos got their shipment after ee yet they managed to get theirs out 1st. 

I ordered the extra controller bundle at 8:45 on the 19th,ive had no updates yesterday or today for anything but its arrived, hopefully that means everyone else's does who hasn't got their notification from dpd
