You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

They will literally get (added to the que) as that's how online ps5 orders working as of now , ... we are already upfront ... stop worrying guys , 2 weeks till we get our paws on ps5 🤟🤟🤟

They could (and should) be a lot more clear about what customers (us or the new wave) are ordering and expecting.
If EE are in fact getting stock tomorrow, it should not be going towards new customers. They should make it a lot clearer in the announcement images that customers are pre-ordering a future delivery before XYZ date.
About 75% of this forum post could have been avoided with better and clearer communication from EE, and it seems that after all of us get our consoles and are happy, there will be another wave of people in this forum taking us to 400 pages.

@Fryer93 My order was secured on the 20th. I double checked today and the lad I spoke to said I was lucky to get one because he tried but he couldn't as he was to late so yea I'm chilled. I'm so chilled I make Ice Cubes jealous lol.

@Luke891 not sure what planet you have been on for the past week or so, but definitely not this thread. We ordered well advance of people who ordered as late as 10am. They have their PS5s. We don’t. Some of those sim-only customers, so not even eligible for the PS5 add-on. Therefore i think as have right to be peed off.

@StefanWolves Where in that message did I state EE ?? I'm talking about other retailers , Que system , ... it doesn't matter if you ordered at 8 or 10 , its the bundle you got what matters by the looks of things ?? ... been on this since day 1 ?? .. I'm just as excited as yourself ... no reason to call me a troll ??

I will say this with kindness and gentleness but unfortunately there are trolls on this thread who just Troll and put out false information. Always ring up EE if you have enquiries about your order and they are not going to lie to you or mess you around either. Don't forget the Conversations are always recorded as well. There are General people who have posted really good reliable information as well mind. However, ringing up EE is the best thing to do.

@StefanWolves to add to that your not the only one peed off ... 2 weeks for a pre order??, is crazy!! ... the thought of customers who at first wasn't eligible getting it before someone who is and who is on a more expensive addon bundle 8ts ridiculous... but they don't see it that way unfortunately 😞 ... stocks in the warehouse... get it out ASAP by any means necessary, 😞

@Sully2k20 If EE (Livechat or Phone as it's still EE) weren't going to lie or mess anyone around I don't think we'd be on a thread approaching nearly 200 pages.
