**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

How did you manage to get it added? Did you ask them to?

 

and please may I ask how you got through to an online chat, whenever I try, they just tell me they can’t help with that query on chat, and to call 150.

You cant order through the chat. Do not bother with chat.

 

If you have received an email confirming you will receive your PS5 by 15th December, then I suggest you sit tight, do not call customer service, do not speak to live chat, do not call digital sales, and wait until 15th December. It really is simple

if your questions are to me, then i ordered on the 19th got the comifmation email straight after, the £10 taken the next day, then heard nothing  for a week till i got a thanks for the add to plan text late friday night nothing about delivery till i got a dpd text saying they was delivering on sat morning, legt got it at 9am and my slot was 9.12 to 10.12 lol then a text about it being confirmed today, after ive got it haha a bit backwards lmaoo , but im a handset customer within the 17 months and ordered a console only   if that helps x

@benebden I got the bundle. Sucks about the console only one. Should have been with you by now. I haven’t had a text about my bundle but it’s reassuring they told you that it should be with you by the 6th

My mate ordered one from Very (somehow!) on the 19th same time as me and the same bundle with an extra controller and he got his yesterday... with yodel, they’re known for being a bit slow lol, as soon as DPD gets ours It’ll be rapid. Slightly jealous of him right now 🤣

I've just rang ee nothing to do with the ps5 but thought I would ask she has manually added the ps5 to my account which I can see on my ee app she has had to do it as £55 as I ordered the ps5 + add controller and ps+ and then she has added on £5 loyalty to make it the £50 as there isn't an option to add just the £50 to the account 🤷🏻‍♀️, after i came off the phone I then received this message 'Hi from EE, thanks for buying an accessory and choosing to pay £55 over the next 11 months. Your total payment for this product will be £605. You'll see "Add to Plan £55" on your bill each month. Please keep the original packaging of your accessory as you will need the serial number if you wish to return it. Please use this link ee.co.uk/addtoplan for a full list of the terms and conditions.'
