You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

It's been the same the whole way through. By the 15th.
The only thing that's changed is people ringing up 5/6/7 times a day in the hope they will somehow force an order to turn up. It's genuinely the funniest/most embarrassing thread I've seen

most people received that email on the 20th. Issue is there has been no weekly updates like they've said, meaning people have gone chasing updates and everyone seems to get a different answer each time. EE are meant to be one of if not the biggest comms company in the UK, but they seem to be communicating between each other with cups between string

I don't though.
Could you imagine going to EE on launch day, queuing up, waiting patiently only for them to say "sorry no stock" whilst simultaneously providing those at the back of the line with the exact product you where after?
Just because it's online doesn't excuse rubbish customer service.

I agree with you, but given the whole situation with ps5 pre orders and even amazon messing up I dont expect anything better from any other company lol. Weve been seeing people getting their delivery confirmations each day at random times just need to be patient until the 15th while DPD work out the logistics. I know its frustrating of the uncertainty

@Britisheagle I'll wait to see how this plays out but definitely will be making a formal complaint also once the dust has settled down and all of their errors have been documented.

I have just raised a complaint due to so much different information
I ordered the bundle and no updates other than original emails sent on the 19th & 20th

I am end of day.
It infuriates me that SIM only customers who shouldn't have been allowed to order are being put ahead of those who did meet the terms and ordered early.
How in the world is that fair? I am glad they honoured them but seeing as they where being given essentially goodwill they surely would be back of the queue.
Madness.
Will be sure when they ask if I want to upgrade I'll say I'll let you know before the 15th December

The fact that the site said "In stock, dispatched within 1 day" for us only to then be told they didn't even have stock to begin with is absolutely infuriating. I feel like we were purposefully mis-sold on that. However that seems to be the case for every other company as well as it appears nobody had any actual stock on launch day.
