**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

Exactly, yes it’s all been a shambles but they communication has been shocking. I have two lines and several add to plans, my last bill was 191.... yet someone with a sim only sometimes paying 13 a month who only got theirs processed yesterday is now receiving it today.

it’s not about how quick we get it, it’s communication, the prioritising etc.

@Charlotteyyy I don't really think it matters how much someone is paying. I don't want to start getting at people who have received their console-only order, or direct the conversation in that way. I'm actually very happy for the sim-only people who didn't know if they were going to get their PS5, and fair play to EE for doing the right thing there.

I just think they could be better at communicating with people who ordered the bundle.

No I do agree, I think the sim only should be entitled, but the fact they were only processed yesterday and they’ve been dealt with great, my issue is with EE not them, I’m happy for every single person who is getting theirs!

What about those of us who ordered the PS5 w PS+ AND the controller 😂 glad to hear the controller is in stock. EE could just send us a digi code for the PS+ to speed things up😏

I just got mine and I didn’t get no text from DPD they just knock on the door and it was here so happy, I think everyone will get one soon

Not sure whether it’s still available (I doubt it) but I originally ordered a bundle package and when I rang the digital sales team last week they gave me the option to change it. I changed it to just the console and its due to be delivered today

I called EE today and they said it’s showing a dispatch date of the 30/11 for my bundle.

People need to chill out, who cares what time you ordered.

what you should take from this is the fact consoles are being delivered means you will get your console before the 15th as EE have said all along.
anyone that says they should keep back stock till they have controllers need to realise that doesn’t make good business sense to do that. Also why would they keep back orders that are complete because some entitled spoilt brat ordered 13 mins before them.

I am a bundle customer and I am eagerly waiting for my console, I know I’m not getting it today but rest assured I will be getting it before the 15th, half the people on here moaning are getting them for their kids Xmas so what’s the issue??

The one thing that EE have done that is slightly shady is offering sim only contracts upgrades to handsets so they remain eligible for the add to plan. That is a really sneaky way of getting more money out of desperate people. I would like to see people try and return their handset before the cooling off period once they have their ps5.

it would be pretty cool if EE decide to give everyone a voucher to spend on accessories and games for the crap communication.

Ah, good old DPD Ireland (I’m in Northern Ireland, so DPD UK usually hand deliveries over to them). Their tracking says the package is on a van out for delivery (no time slot yet) but they’ve just sent a text telling me they’ll deliver on Monday.
