You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

When I spoke to EE yesterday about my order wich was the PS5 with the additional controller I was told they where waiting for Stock. I live in South Wales so maybe its different here than other parts of the UK, but now I'm reading this thred and I'm seeing they are in Stock. I'm so confused 😂

I'm just fed up at this point.
I actually posted a few pages ago saying that people should chill out, but this is a bit too much now. I was happy to wait until 15th right up until they started shipping consoles to people who ordered later in the day without any communication with people, like myself, who ordered the bundle.
I phoned digital sales, got zero information. Just basically "we don't know what's happening". It's just a shame that EE can't be more communicative with their customers. Always been happy with EE customer service, in fact it's the main reason I'm happy to pay the comparatively high prices that EE charges.
I still have a ways to go with EE on my tablet contract (which I added the PS5 to), and I'm up for renewal on my phone at the start of next year. The next couple of days and the communication, or lack thereof, might be the deciding factor on whether or not I renew my phone contract with EE or go elsewhere.
It'd be nice if @Christopher_G could chime in here and give us some concrete information instead of the conflicting stuff we're getting from customer service. I really don't think that's asking too much or being difficult. I'd be happy with even a "yeah, we have your order and are planning to ship it around X day".

Exactly. I have 5 mobile lines and broadband and that in no ways makes me think I deserve special treatment but I do believe I deserve clear communication and a little update as to why they made the decisions they did while putting long time customers who have chosen them at the back of the line without any options to change package etc.

Totally agree @darrena092 I've been pretty chilled about the whole thing up until now, I'm thoroughly fed up with the whole thing.
I know we have ages until 15th december and I'm ok with waiting as long as I have it 100% assured that its coming out to me. Conflicting messages on here are not helping, its a bl**dy nightmare and its just stressful for all involved!
I know its only a console, its proper first world problems, but if EE would just communicate a bit better we would all relax. @Christopher_G someone should be giving a concrete update.

The phone agents will say anything to get us off The phone and shut you up .
Absolute joke many order at 8am and sim only orders which weren’t even eligible got the ps5 even ordering hours later .
won’t be staying with ee after this they have blown it big time
