You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Hi - I ordered a ps5, had the order ref on screen, received the email as shown but haven’t received a weekly update on my order, and can’t reach anyone to check - it would be good to have confirmation of vie orders are being dealt with please.

I’m on a few discord’s and people are reporting getting text of EE from n the last 30 mins , I’m waiting for them to tell me what it says .
I think the delay is for two reasons
they Let people buy with sim only and now have to go through 1000s of orders removing them manually
second they have oner sold by a country mile , I expect orders after 8:30 to be cancelled! Im sure they was selling them until 10am which in terms of stock is not possible so I’m certain they will be going through all them orders also
this is why the orders that should of gone out have not

So just got off the phone to CS,
They never had stock and are awaiting confirmation from their ordering partners in regards to the stock, they will then provide updates and timelines for delivery.
Thr CS rep was very reassuring and stated the order remains open for me on the system and will be fulfilled on receipt of said stock. And confirmed that the order will be with me by 15.12.2020.
Hope this helps to reassure others, the CS team are obviously as aware in regards to stock as we are, while this in itself may not be reassuring to others. The plans are as per the email order acknowledgement that people recieved back to the earlier pages in this thread if you have your xko number then you will receive in line with this confirmation, By 15.12.2020.
Let's hope all stays true to the confirmation.

I'a SIM contarct user and I have just received a SMS confirmation + e-mail confirmation from EE saying that my PS5 is coming before the 15th and the items have been added to my plan!
