**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

@dearlyphoto saying something is miss-sold is not the same as saying they are going to take legal action

And despite being here for three days haven't had as much negativity aim at me as you have. I'm not interested in your reply to this.

I’ve been watching this crap unfold and eating my chocolate for days on this forum.
Nobody has officially from EE said sim only aren’t eligible. It said clearly to just be in first 17 months it did not state a phone contract in that para.
EE are categorising sim only plans separately but as per my understanding it’s to decide how to receive payments for these plans. Appears there will be follow up calls this week with options to how we can pay.

I hope everyone's kids get the ps5 they want for Xmas but has it dawned on you that actually you don't meet the t and cs. There are literally thousands of EE customers who do meet those T&Cs but could not order the PS5 as many people did who didn't meets the T&Cs. Those people have children also and they are the ones who have actually been hard done by.
So instead of all coming in here and moaning maybe have a thought for others and just hope you do review the item as a matter of goodwill which many customers seem to have been offered by EE

Personally and I’m only speaking from opinion here since we can’t take a word anyone from EE says as fact, If youve got your xko and £10 taken or pending happy days, I’d say 100% you’ve got a console. Now when you receive it is up for debate. We hope before the 15th but we just don’t know. I’m in this camp. Unfortunately, and although it does say it in the fine print it is EE’s fault if you’re sim only personally I’d start trying to get it from elsewhere. I think even if you do end up getting one you’ll be right at the back of the line. And it’s not your fault at all. EE were not clear enough. If I’m honest I think they’ll start shopping around 15-20th December so it’ll be push and go for those who need it for Xmas.

If its going to be after the 15th, I really hope we get communication from EE as soon as possible.
Honestly, even just a message now that confirms they are still confident etc.
I don't mind waiting at all, but more information would help ease a lot of the frustration here

i honestly think 1st of december we will start seeing these things roll out day by day on this forum .. , ... if there next delivery is "thursday" as allot of people stated , it makes sense , it gives them a good 3,4 days to get orders ready for shipment.... 15th is a deadline in my opinion .. worth thinking about ..

For those sim only that have been given Xko numbers it would seem the order is confirmed / allocated. I think ee needs to be clearer if this will be honoured. I can’t see why not as the allocation is there. For sim only without an xko I think it’s a different story.
