You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

All sounds very positive, there may be stock dispatched tomorrow then!
I'm not getting my hopes up too much yet as I do remember someone posting that it defaults to Monday delivery in order notes and some staff gave this date out incorrectly.
Fingers crossed we get some people contacted by DPD tomorrow

Hi all!
after the person sharing their transcript I thought I’d give EE 1 more call. I didn’t have my XKO number but I have just been given it and the guy said he can see the order on his screen and I should get a text in the next couple of days. He said if you don’t get one Monday then start query it but he did also say that all the orders have been met in regards to stock.
its also worth noting that if you go on the EE website to get the PS5 now it’s says, if you register your interest now you will get it before the 15th of December so that’s for people that haven’t even got an order in yet.

Just tried live chat for the final time as I haven’t heard anything since Thursday regarding my 8:45 order. They’ve said they have not had any PlayStations in yet and the initial delivery will start on the 15th! Payments have been taken due to ‘ratings’ whatever that means!
Hope people receive them next week but in general it seems that they don’t really know what to say to us! It’s amazing how one post by an EE staff member in this forum could put a lot of minds at ease!

iv just done another and they have said the same thing, they are waiting for stock to arrive and nobody should have been told they have a delivery day yet as this isnt the case 😂 im so confused with all this differing info

I believe I said it back on page 30. The staff don’t know anything more yet. When they do, we will. Leave them alone for goodness sake and get a sense of perspective.
40 odd pages of adults pestering some folk trying to earn a living over a delivery date. Unbelievable.
