**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.
Find out more about Add To Plan >
Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

I dont think that's true - see Dodgy Geezers message above.
The "winging it" message looks like the automated one, but its not a mandatory email to receive.

the winging its way to you email is automated one I'm sure the other ones were done from the team they made to maunaly process orders
As the subject on mine was your ps5 order.
Who knows annoying anyway as I ordered fairly early.
But happy to actually know I'm geting one

@AverageMom90 i think the £10 being taken is the main thing. I think the variance in emails is simply 1 is automated from the system and the other is sent by an admin sitting in EEs offices. Extra checks or something like that? not sure.

A little confused tbh SIM only on a 24 month contract. 10er taken but no emails other than the first one.

yes id say that the "generic" winging its way to you email would be for those who have flew through processing and have had there money taken as the other emails seemed to have come much later I could be wrong though

Received my xKo number at 2.28pm today with delivery before 15th December message. Had ordered yesterday at 8.48am. Now the wait for that DPD message begins.
Though I have to say EE has been quite efficient (atleast from reading the posts in this forum) compared to other retailers.
Good luck to everyone for that tracking number 🙂

Ordered Ps5 with extra controller at 8.40 yesterday.
11am today got 3 emails with the "subject to eligibility" line.
11.30 got another email about a discrepancy and i needed to call.
Spoke to someone who said it was a problem with the card used for upfront payment not being at the same address. I gave new card details and the order was confirmed.
Straight after the call the £10 was taken and I got the winging its way to you email with order number.
