It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered the bundle with the extra controller and 12 months PS member ship. I had my confirmation email at 8:28 yesterday but nothing since. God my anxiety is bad!

Morning All,
I’ve received 2 emails to confirm my console and my £10 taken. The card I used was my other half’s. so I had to ring they spoke to my other half and authorised the transaction. So for anyone that has ordered with a card not in their name! I’d get on the phone with them present to get your order progressed!
Make sure to download the DPD app as well! Your order might appear in there before the dispatch email!

I ordered the same bundle with extra controller ps network etc and haven't had a text or email. Got my first email at 8.57 so I dont think its much to worry about. I think most likely they are processing the console only bundles first. Its very unlikely they wouldn't honour the order. Especially given the issues with the poor people who ordered on sim only deals etc.

So I found out one of my Fb friends works for ee so I asked some questions.
He has reassured me that yes there was huge demand and they are doing it in sections. Apparently there were 3 different bundles live and some bundles have more stock than others.
He said the first batch is just being finished and they are due the second batch hopefully the latest by next Wednesday - if not before.
Your order may get cancelled or be delayed if;
Bank and debit card taken for payment does not match.
Problems with a credit check
You have recently moved.
But they will contact you.
He said if others have received a message around the same time you have ordered but you haven't, don't panic. It maybe that there checks went through quicker than yours or you have ordered a different bundle.
