**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

Im in the same boat as a few of you, email yesterday saying it would be delivered today, also had the text saying its been added to my plan and yet dpd are saying they havent received it yet so god knows whats happening. Why should it be this stressful to get a parcel.

It’s an absolute sham,

they’ve had nothing but time and have handled this like absolute crap.

My tracking has just been updated. Received parcel and on way to my local depot for delivery tomorrow. Hopefully all you guys waiting have had updates too?!

Had no updates what so ever!

spoke to someone else from EE who have said they usually give DPD 48hours to update there system. As it had only been 2hrs I’ve that time the guy is going to check again at 4pm and ring me with an update! If the DPD information hasn’t changed then he will escalate a complaint to try find out what’s happened to my parcel!

I have very little faith if any at all that my ps5 will turn up by tomorrow 😞

Did your tracking say 14th for delivery ?

All it says on my tracking is we have received you order details and are awaiting your parcel.

No, I have it allocated.

Moneys gone and its added to my plan, they just have no stock to send out.

If I wasnt told today/the 15th I wouldn't be too bothered. Its seriously annoying taking a day off as I didn't want it getting nicked/missed to be told it could arrive anytime around Monday 21st

Further Update.

After speaking on live chat and being fed the usual dribble, I spoke to customer services.

I spoke to a nice chap who explained to me that because of the hugh number of Playstations ordered and the size of the them, not all could fit into the delivery truck to be shipped to DPD. Not an excuse really for the promises made of delivery by 15th ( yet I was informed by e mail from EE that mine would be delivered by today ).

It was also explained to me by customer services that due to the high volume of orders ( well over 1000 ), some had to be sent via Parcel Force.

Anyhow, the rep explained that they are working hard at getting the PlayStations out.

All Playstations have been labeled and scanned and information sent to DPD, hence the tracking number.

He has promised to send me an update later today regarding the movement of my playstation.

Has anyone had DPD drop off without warning?

EE and DPD won't even talk to each other about this so it's really hard to tell who's dropped the ball. EE said I'd have delivery today the 14th. I, like many others booked today off work because of this and so far DPD are convinced there hasn't been a dispatch and EE are convinced DPD have it and haven't scanned it at the depot yet.

Don't know how to feel at this point.

Long time lurker, first time poster...

3rd December crew here.  Received my tracking notification and email on a delivery for today from DPD yesterday.

Package is still listed as "awaiting from EE" so I queried it with them.  I've been informed that my console and controller will be picked up tonight by DPD and delivered tomorrow.
