You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Just had an email supposedly from DPD advising that they have tried to deliver a parcel on the 12th (Sat) but have been unable to due to not receiving my address details,
They now request £3 for delivery Monday or £1 for delivery Tuesday. Cant tell if its genuine or not as surely you would need to have full address details for my monthly contract?

EE CS have confirmed my full details have been provided to DPD for delivery and gave me my tracking number.
More importantly they have confirmed it will be delivered for the 15th 🙂

I have finally managed to get at the end of this. I’m not sure if all this has been bad luck or negligence. I have just been confirmed that my order will never be processed as never existed for EE.
Thanks to:
-this page that assured all customers that EE was on track with deliveries by the 15th and
-a very lazy live chat agent that never really checked my account and just repeated to me “If you have an xko order number you are fine, will receive you ps5 by the 15th. Don’t you worry!” Probably a copy and paste answer those days!
my order confirmation email was legit and I will attach a copy here so you can check there was really nothing missing and all my details (I have covered for privacy) were correct and in place.
Looked like nothing wrong till yesterday evening when another live chat agent gave me a 0800 number to ring.
This morning the sad confirmation that my order was apparently a ghost, server never processed it or so.
You know what is the funniest part of all this?
there is NOTHING they can do to fix this!
There was NONE who could guarantee a ps5 for me no even guarantee that there will be a restock any soon!
NOW after 2 weeks of waiting, now so close to Xmas I need to find another way to get a ps5 as I promised to the kids that I got one and it was coming soon! How am I suppose to explain this to them?
I had only a sorry and 30£ apologise bonus.
I’m not sure if I want to laugh or cry!

Finally!! Email from EE and notification from dpd this morning. Says tomorrow but likely Tuesday given what you guys have been saying. Enjoy all.
