You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Same boat, live chat said it should arrive Monday.
I'm in no rush and I messed up myself (giving card details for a blocked card, I forgot my pin) so I was concerned that no money had been taken and the only correspondence I had was the 1st email. However once that was sorted it was super fast

Just wanted to put this out there that
I ordered mine on the morning of the 19th of November. I got the confirmation email and xko number but then heard nothing at all. Literally zero. No texts no emails nothing. Nothing from DPD either . But low and behold, My PlayStation 5 plus extra controller arrived very unexpectedly this morning. I genuinely was expecting to have to call up on the 15th with a heavy heart after not receiving one so the fact that it was delivered after no communication at all was a huge relief. I too had been checking this forum like a mad woman and each time was coming away feeling more depressed and panicky so I just wanted to give a glimmer of hope to those who like myself have heard literally nothing at all and are reading this forum trying to work out what might happen with their order. Don’t give up yet folks Xxx

Is anyone in the same boat as me? Had the order number and paid £10. Also received processing email. Had nothing since.
was then told console was in stock when ordered then out of stock this week. So how have I lost my order? Been told it will still be here by 15th, which I doubt now but then get told it will be after the 15th. I really don’t know what to believe anymore.
anyone help with this please?

Hi guys
Was lucky enough to place an order on the 3rd of December for a PS5 + Extra Controller, got the email with the xko number, then got a further email on the 6th of December to confirm its been processed and confirmed delivery before/on the 15th. However since then I've yet to hear anything, today being the 13th, just a bit concerned that its cutting it close? I understand we're in a pandemic and delays are not unexpected but just curious if anyone else has received theirs or like me are still waiting?

I never got a dispatch invoice only a delivery note.
