**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

As the first commenter on this post, I thought I would reassure those still worrying.

 

Ordered full bundle on 19th, only got an add to plan text/confirmation yesterday but had received previous emails with xko number etc.

 

I did not receive any notifications from EE/DPD that it was coming today, and it just arrived a short while ago via a company I'd never heard of. 

 

I haven't contacted EE once, either by phone or digital chat, since ordering and it all arrived today.

 

So there really is no need to panic. Please don't buy into the rumours and wild speculation that has been prominent on here ever since launch day - as long as you haven't been told otherwise you will all get your PS5! Cheers all

@ChrisjjordanThank you, I was on the phone to digital sales this morning and they couldn’t tell me anything. Just be on the live chat and they’ve given me my tracking. Ps5 being delivered today in the next hour or so!

Mine got added to plan yesterday. Roughly, what's the turnaround time for it move to DPD? Appreciate it's not universal but would welcome any thoughts!

@Ian1977 I got the same notification yesterday, I didn’t have anything since then. However, just spoke to the live chat and they were able to give me my tracking number and my PlayStation to be delivered in next hour or so

Apparently they are partnered

Literally just had a notification off DPD saying they have my deets and they are expecting my parcel shortly 

 

ordered 3/12 with extra joypad!

 

by the 15th is looking good! Fingers crossed! 

Ive been on this thread since I ordered and been worried sick about not getting it haha  Have faith!

 

I know it’s not looked great with comms off EE but a lot of people with big wooden spoons out stirring here casing havoc!

Finally!!!  

I used the chat yesterday the 11th to ask about delivery of PS5 + controller +PSN bundle and was told is set to be delivered on the 14th Dec, I Ordered on the 3rd Dec). So far nothing seems off other that lack of communication. 

 

BTW I got  1st eamil wth order, then 2nd email with ordered has been procesed and then the first£10 taken.

 

A few ahours ago received DPD email order details received an waiting for parcel from EE to be delivered on Monday the 14th just as EE chat said, looks like EE will deliver on promise 😀, BTW still do t see the add to plan added to my ee account.

Hi there I just got mine now and no ps plus either 

Good morning guys just got mine. I ordered on 19th November the ps controller & plus bundle but I haven’t received my ps plus in the box. Anyone have any idea of this.
