You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I have about 6 transcripts from your live chat team. All they have done is tell customer lies after lies. Just appreciate some honesty in this.. absolute disgusting the lies they create on the spot. I've taken 4 days off work now due to being told it out for delivery and its not even picked yet.. Huge CEO complaint going in after. Wouldnt mind but I pay over close to £300 per month for all I have.. joke... First time on the forum as nobody on twitter responds at all...

Thanks for the update, I was told by your online chat team that the PS5 is out of stock and they will be delivered once stock arrives. This seems to be at odds with your comment of fulfilling orders by the 15th as your colleague online could not confirm when stock would be arrving.
I would appreciate clarification,

Ordered 19th 8:24 ps+ controller, had email from dpd today at 13:15 saying it will be with me tomorrow. Hang in there everyone it looks like there's movement.

I was on not long ago and was told the ones from 19th will get theres tomorrow and the 3rd will sent out after that but will be by the 15th

I spoke with them not long ago and was also told they are sending out the 19th ones first where they can and then the rest (3rd).
I ordered mine on the 3rd and am more than happy with that. also they did state they expect all orders to be completed by the 15th.

Got through to the digital team earlier and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed mine has been picked and is showing a delivery date of 11/12. Haven't received a DPD notification still but she said I should receive this either tonight or early tomorrow morning. Hoping that's right but not sure I'll be getting mine tomorrow as I've had no notification and it doesn't seem like anybody else has received a late one...

@BomagJJ Did you not ask her for your tracking number mate? I've got mine but its still saying its waiting to be picked up by dpd
